1) K2 is banned in my area, are there alternatives?

- K2 is NOT banned anywhere in the world. K2 is a brand name of a product, not a chemical. Certain ingredients, supposedly contained in the Generation I K2 product line (K2 Blonde, K2 Summit, K2 Ultra) might be restricted in a small number of isolated areas (it is the buyer's responsibility to know and abide by local laws; if unsure, to be safe, best ask in the Notes section of the check out process, to be mailed the product in a clear plastic bag without any labeling or mention of K2). However, the all new K2 Solid Sex - "Sex on the Mountain," Generation II K2 Incense is unrestricted and legal everywhere on the planet! Do not be fooled by other "legal" blends - They ARE NOT K2 incense! "Sex on the Mountain" is the only aromatically effective blend on the market, which is legal in every corner of the planet, including Kansas, Russia, Germany, UK!

2) I already tried burning some new incense and it was a complete disaster >:(

- Yes, that happens a lot, considering the number of fake and counterfeit products being sold today, presented as "authentic K2" products. The only K2 brand blends presently in production include and are limited to: Sky, Summit, Blonde, Ultra, Solid Sex, Thai Dream, Amazonian Shelter & Orisha! K2 Solid Sex, Sky, Orisha, Amazonian Shelter & Thai Dream are the only authentic K2 incense blend legal everywhere. If you purchased what you thought was real, well, if you were disappointed, there is a 100% chance it was a totally bogus product. You should read the Counterfeit K2 page so you can quickly identify people who are trying to scam you and ruin your incense burning experience. We couldn't blame you if you wanted to send "Guido" out to pay these scammers a visit, however, we cannot condone violence! K2 Incense does not condone violent actions against K2 counterfeiters; notifying your local and Federal authorities should be just as effective!

3) How long will it take to receive my order?

- With drop shipping locations scattered throughout the world, K2 can be delivered to you anywhere on the planet within usually 4 days or less. You'll be able to track your order and you'll know exactly when you can expect the shipment!

4) Will it show on my credit/debit card I have purchased K2?

- Absolutely Not! Your billing statement will not even show, who you've purchased from - no company name, no mention of K2 or anything else!

5) I just got scammed by another K2 website

- We are working with our legal team to shut those scammers down, but it's a lenghty legal process. Our suggestion is to report them to the proper authorities as well as call your credit card issuing bank and dispute the charges!

6) My local store sells an apparent counterfeit of K2, what can I do to stop them?

- Email us the store's address and phone number. Also report them to the local Fire Marshal's Office to initiate an investigation and seizure.

7) My nosy roommate opens my mail!! How discreetly will I receive the order?!

- VERY discreetly! Your roommate will be clueless, even if he/she opens the package! (you might want to get a new roommate.. just sayin'!)

9) Who is the K2 Manufacturer? Where is K2 made? Who makes K2?

- We can tell you who it is Not. Anyone claiming to be the K2 Manufacturer is nothing, but a K2 Counterfeiter. Due to contractual agreement between the Master K2 Distributor and the K2 Manufacturer, the location and company name of the K2 Manufacturer is kept strictly confidential. Anyone claiming to be the "Manufacturer" or "Factory" is without any doubt whatsoever a counterfeiter. Five known K2 counterfeit outfits have been identified to be ran out of Florida, Missouri, Indiana, California, Texas, where currently 99% of all K2 is NOT authentic K2 and it is NOT made by the original and sole authentic K2 Manufacturer. K2's legal team, with the help of local and Federal authorities is working on shutting them down and filing criminal charges. Any store purchasing from a counterfeiter risks having their stock seized by the local Fire Marshal's Office. Counterfeit K2 has been already seized in Kansas, Ohio, Nevada, Missouri, Pennsylvania, among others. K2 Summit is the most counterfeited K2 Product with over 90% of all K2 Summit for sale currently being a poor quality copy (missing at least two of the 3 main ingredients), and is produced in Indiana and Florida. Buyer beware! If you live in Texas, Florida or Indiana, DO NOT BUY K2 from your local store! If you do, there's a 99% chance it's a poorly made copy and does Not come from the original and sole authentic K2 Manufacturer. Make sure you ONLY buy K2 from local stores, which are able to provide you with their K2Verified.org Store ID. If they can't, that means they are selling you a counterfeit product, which could be dangerous, illegal or worse. Only buy K2 from websites, displaying the K2Verified.org Authenticity Seal! Websites not having a K2 verified Seal, are scam websites, peddling inferior quality counterfeits. We are working on shutting them down.

10) Is K2 dangerous? I read in a newspaper article that K2 incense is dangerous, is it true?

Absolutely NOT! Authentic, REAL, ORIGINAL K2 is the safest incense product on the market! We, however, can't say the same for counterfeit "K2" products, being presented as "Authentic K2" by unscrupulous "basement chemists" and being sold on the Internet and local stores. Counterfeit "K2" products could hide many dangers, including containing illegal chemicals, as well as could present a fire hazard, among others; we encourage the Fire Marshal's Office to seize any "K2" product, which source can't be verified. Be especially careful buying K2 products in Indiana, Texas or Florida - chances are it's a counterfeit K2 product, NOT coming from the original and sole K2 manufacturer. Buyer beware!

11) I have read that some of K2's ingredients have huge medicinal potential and value, is that true? I have read in scientific reports that some of K2's ingredients have the ability to prevent Prostate Cancer, Alzheimer's, be a potential cure for Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, help with Pain, help with Glaucoma, PMS, relieve headaches, and more, while not showing any scientifically proven negative side-effects whatsoever. Tell me more!
