Counterfeiting of K2 blends on a mass scale started back in January, when one of the major K2 Distributors illegally broke their contract with the K2 manufacturer and started producing their own version of "K2," which apart of the fact that it's not made in a sanitary environment is also a poor copy as it's missing 2 of the 3 main K2 ingredients in order to keep production costs low and profit margins high. The K2 incense counterfeiter was soon after arrested and $700,000 worth of mostly counterfeit K2 was seized and is now possession of the United States FDA, while the counterfeit K2 producer is still being investigated by the FBI, and a few other three letter agencies... So think twice before contemplating counterfeiting a product protected by both common law and internationally registered trademarks and copyrights. The K2 counterfeiting issue currently seems to be isolated to the United States (mainly Florida, Indiana and Texas) as well as Germany.
